Sven Fischer has been the chairman of the board since January 2020. In particular, he is responsible for all publishing activities and services, as well as the business development of the Westermann Gruppe.

Timo Blümer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Westermann Gruppe since April 2018. His areas of responsibility also include printing and logistics.
